If you believe you were charged
Email [email protected] with the payment reference, charge date, account email and a description of the problem. Do not send your card number or password. We will review the transaction and the service actually delivered. An earlier charge is not treated as valid delivery of an unavailable feature.
No blanket exclusion of your rights
Applicable consumer rights remain available. A request is not rejected merely because the item is digital. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements. This page does not promise an automatic credit restoration or instant cash refund that the current system cannot deliver.
Payment-provider processing
If a payment was processed through Stripe, an approved refund uses that provider’s process. Timing depends on payment and banking conditions, so no fixed arrival time is guaranteed. Stripe: Refund and cancel payments
